This is a static site, designed to be lightweight and privacy-friendly. We do not use profiling cookies, we do not track visits and we use no analytics or advertising tools (no Google Analytics, no pixels, no third-party widgets). The only processing of personal data happens when you write to us via the contact form.

We only process the data you enter in the contact form (full name, company if any, email and message content), solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot reply.
Messages reach us by email and are not stored in any database on the site. We keep them for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting contact. For security reasons, the server may record technical logs such as the IP address and the time of the request, kept for limited periods and not used to identify or profile visitors.
At any time you can access your data, request its rectification or erasure, object to the processing or request its restriction (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to contact@cyberstone.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
Any updates to this notice will be published on this page, together with the relevant date of last amendment.
