Far more than you imagine you’ll need

Data collection

It records a large number of data points in extremely short intervals (for example, over ModBus TCP, 32,000 variables every 2 seconds). Data can be shared via MQTT or read via API, stored in an internal database and duplicated on the local network or in the cloud.

Reports

It generates custom reports for specific users: diagnostic ones for technicians, performance ones for operators, resource-management ones for supervisors. With programmable, customisable schedules.

Smart notifications and alarms

It creates event notifications, applying logic that may even be absent from the PLC program, with coefficients or cross-references between variables. Every notification reaches users or lists via e-mail, message or Telegram channel.

Dashboard

It displays PLC variable trends and states in real time, customisable by both the installer and the operator. Charts show the before and after of an event, expanding analysis capabilities.

Digital twin

By recording all PLC data you can create a digital copy of the machine: reproduce its behaviour in a virtual or physical environment elsewhere, and analyse every event in the finest detail.

Remote support and services

It creates a NAT over all services available on the network and makes them remotely accessible (VNC, web server, custom services). Connection to the PLC via Layer 3 (IP), Layer 2 (MAC) or USB remoted over VPN.

AI algorithms

It allows Artificial Intelligence algorithms to be integrated for the local interpretation and processing of data.

Document collection

It stores maintenance manuals, certifications and bills of materials, always up to date and consultable on the web — including interactive documents such as video tutorials and forms.

Activity log

It records all activities of every user and the safety checks; it measures the timing and effectiveness of interventions.
